Accommodation will be provided directly in the "Physikzentrum Bad Honnef" in freshly renovated twin rooms (with shower/WC in the room) available in the house. No single rooms will be available for workshop attendees. Space is limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. An extended accommodation is available in the direct vicinity of the "Physikzentrum". An assistance in hotel booking can be provided on request at special TaCoNa-Photonics rates.

Refund and cancellation policy

There will be a 10% service charge for processing refunds. A letter requesting the refund should state the pre-registrant's name and the amount of payment. Requests for pre-registration refund that are received till October 1nd, 2012, will be honoured. No requests for refunds will be considered after October 1nd, 2012. Please note that in case a participant should not be able to attend, a substitute can of course be nominated.

Insurance

The organizers cannot accept financial responsibility for medical emergencies, accidents, or loss of personal property. Workshop participants are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance in their home country prior to departure.

Passport and Visa

Every foreign visitor entering Germany must have a valid passport. Visitors from countries whose citizens must have visas should apply to a German consular office or diplomatic mission in their home country as soon as possible.
