The second International Workshop on Theoretical and Computational Nano-Photonics (TaCoNa-Photonics 2009) took place in the "Physikzentrum Bad Honnef", Bad Honnef, Germany on October 28-30 2009.

82 participants from 20 countries have contributed to the workshop. Topics of the workshop were covered in 3 plenary, 12 invited, 21 contributed oral and 26 poster presentations.

Workshop proceeding has been published as a separate volume of the AIP Conference Proceedings series.

Selected papers from the authors of invited and contributed oral presentations will be published as a special issue of Photonics and Nanostructures - Fundamentals and Applications (Elsevier).
