Presentation Instructions

Oral Presentaions

Plenary, invited and contributed presentations are restricted to duration of 45, 30 and 15 minutes respectively, followed by 15 (plenary/invited presentations) and 5 (contributed presentations) minutes allocated for discussions. The workshop will take place in the “Wilhelm and Else Heraeus” Lecture Hall of the Physikzentrum which offers most advanced technical facilities including whiteboards and video conference equipment.

Support

A limited number of workshop grants in the form of a waived registration fee and/or a travel grant of up to 200-400 EUR will be available to support junior stage researchers and researchers from developing countries. You are eligible for a workshop grant only if you are going to present a paper during the workshop.

Prizes

A poster competition will be organized to award the best posters presented by research students. The Committee will award two best poster prizes (one book voucher value of 125EUR per award). The best posters competition is sponsored by Wiley-VCH (Germany).
